Charles Vasey & Co (“The Firm”) holds client data for the purposes of providing financial and professional services to clients, additionally it holds data concerning its employees.

The Firm is required to protect and respect Client privacy. This policy  sets out the basis on which any personal data The Firm collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how The Firm will treat it.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (‘Act’), the data controller is Charles Vasey & Co, 75 Richmond Park Road, London SW14 8JY. The Data Protection Officer is Charles Vasey of the same address.

Information The Firm may collect from you
The Firm may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms or sending data to us.

Information sufficient for us to prepare financial reports and to submit these to the relevant statutory authorities and such others as you shall from time-to-time direct.

If you contact us, The Firm may keep a record of that correspondence.

The Firm does not collect information about your computer (or mobile device), including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration or for our own commercial purposes.

The Firm does not use or retain Cookies.

The data that The Firm collect from you is stored on the premises of the Firm in the UK.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information The Firm hold about you.

Any changes The Firm may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on the Firm’s website and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
